STOCK Tg(Sim1-cre)1Lowl/J males were mated to female Rosa 26 reporters (stock no 3474). Expression is expected in all areas that endogenously express Sim1, including paraventricular hypothalamus and other parts of the brain. Primary Reference.

β-galactosidase expression was assayed for E10.5 and E15.5 whole embryos, and P7 and Adult brain, bone, eye, heart, intestine, kidney, liver, lung, muscle, ovary, pancreas, spinal chord, spleen, testes, and thymus.
