These images (A-C) are of the same E15.5 head. β-galactosidase expression is observed in the motor nuclei and the ventral motor neurons. This expression pattern was observed in all E15.5 littermates, genotyped positive for cre and lacZ. No β-gal expression was observed at E10.5. |
