B6.Cg-Tg(Alb-cre)21Mgn/J females were mated to male Rosa 26 reporters (stock no 3474). Reporter (β-galactosidase) expression is expected in hepatocyte cells of the liver. Primary Reference.
β-galactosidase expression was assayed for E10.5 and E15.5 whole embryos, and P7 and Adult brain, heart, intestine, kidney, liver, lung, muscle, ovary, pancreas, spleen, testes and thymus.
